Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment: - All bookings for sensory classes must be made in advance through the online website. - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place in the class. - Payments are non-refundable once booked. 2. Age Requirements - Our sensory classes are divided by age group. Please ensure you book your child into the correct class based on their age. - 12-36m - 6-12m 3. Health and Safety: - All participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the class. - It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the child is in good health and physically able to participate in the sensory activities. - If your child has any medical conditions or allergies, please inform us before attending the class. - All safety guidelines and instructions provided by Soul Play must be followed during classes. 4. Class Participation:. - Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. - One adult per child. 5. Photography and Media Consent: - By attending Soul Play’s sensory classes, you consent to photos or videos being taken for promotional or marketing purposes. - If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform the instructor before the start of the class. 6. Liability: - Soul Play is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during class participation, except where caused by negligence on the part of Soul Play. - Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child during the entire class. 7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: - Soul Play reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your next class booking 8. Privacy Policy: - All personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purposes of class registration and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
