Our 2-hour sensory class parties offer a fun and engaging experience for little ones, filled with a carefully curated blend of theme-based activities, music, movement, mindfulness, storytelling, and sensory play. Each session is centered around an exciting theme that sparks imagination, where children can enjoy interactive music and movement activities, calming mindfulness exercises, and immersive sensory play to stimulate their senses. The storytelling segment brings the theme to life, encouraging language development and creativity. It’s a dynamic and joyful celebration that promotes learning, growth, and exploration in a lively and supportive environment!
Cancellation Policy
Birthday Party Policy Thank you for choosing our Sensory Play experience to celebrate your child’s special day! We are excited to bring an engaging and sensory-filled celebration. To ensure that the party is enjoyable, safe, and runs smoothly, please review the following policies: 1. Rental of Sensory Play Materials The sensory play materials and trays provided for the party are available for rental only. This includes all sensory items, tools, and trays that we bring for the event. Please note: All items must be returned at the end of the party. Items provided are not for keep. If any materials are lost or damaged, there will be a fee for replacement or repair. 2. Supervision and Participation Parents and guardians are required to actively supervise their children throughout the event. While we provide the materials and facilitate the play, it is important that parents assist and ensure that the children use the sensory materials safely and responsibly. We encourage you to stay engaged and help guide the little ones as they explore and play. Sensory play often requires gentle guidance to make sure everything remains enjoyable and safe for everyone. 3. Cleaning and Maintenance Our cleaning responsibility is limited to the sensory items and materials that we bring for the party. We thoroughly clean and sanitize all items before each event. It is the responsibility of the host to maintain cleanliness in the general play area. Any areas outside the provided sensory materials (e.g., party space, seating) will need to be cleaned and tidied by the host. 4. Preparation and Tidy-Up Time In order to ensure everything is set up and ready for the party, we will require 30 minutes of prep time before the event begins. Additionally, we will need 30 minutes after the party to clean up, pack away the sensory materials, and ensure everything is returned in its proper condition. Please plan for this time when scheduling the start and end of your party to allow us to deliver the best experience for your child and their guests. 5. Payment and Refund Policy After payment is made, it is considered non-refundable. Once payment is received, we reserve your party slot and begin preparations for the event. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds in the event of a cancellation or change. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
